Most consultations across Florida are free or low-cost and come with a written treatment plan and price; ask whether the fee is in-network for your plan, what sedation options exist and how many visits the treatment takes. Coral Springs is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Coral Springs follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

First off it took me a month and a half to two months to get the appt because I was told he will only see 2 patients a month for TMJ he walked in the room to just cough and few times then walk out and I heard him talking with another patient as they leave your door open. When he finally came back he asked me why I was there and even though I already filled out the paperwork with why I was there I told him again then he stated that I needed a scan that I already had and handed to his office girl upon my arrival along with the report from a university telling what was wrong. They wanted me to sign this paper and give them 550 to 600 dollars and said that I could file with the insurance company for a refund. I again stated there is the scan he wanted done and I wasn't going to pay for another one as I had one right there. His assistant said to him also it was on the computer right there, but then she just came back to me and said he need it, and I asked why because it's right thete, with no response from her another person came in with the fee. Also the doctor spent less then a minute with me even though the referral states the first visit is 45 minutes minimum. This is a money makin

This office — including Dr. Juan Lopez — has been an absolute nightmare. The level of negligence, unprofessionalism, and lack of empathy is shocking. They never pick up the phone, they’re not open on Mondays, and if they “don’t have clients,” they simply close early or decide to leave — even while the doctor is supposedly doing surgeries all day. Their own instructions say to call the office, yet the office is almost never available. It took three weeks just to schedule an appointment, and only because I followed up over and over. Otherwise, nothing gets done. The staff — especially Mariana and Shay — are rude, dismissive, and completely unempathetic. When my husband had surgery, the pharmacy didn’t receive his pain medication. I called the office on a Tuesday at 4 PM, and Mariana told me they were closed because the doctor wasn’t there, even though he was actively doing surgeries. She basically told me I had to wait until the next day, despite my husband being in severe pain. I refused to hang up until someone helped us. After 45 minutes of insisting, crying, and begging for a resolution, she put me on hold for more than five minutes and left me there. I eventually hung up out

On June 28th, 2024, I underwent surgical extraction of two wisdom teeth under full anesthesia performed by Dr. López. What followed has been a year of unrelenting, life-altering pain and neurological trauma that has left me deeply disappointed in the care I received. Two days after the procedure, I lost sensation in the left side of my face—including my cheek, jawline, chin, teeth, lip—and began experiencing intense pain. I immediately contacted Dr. López and was told this was a normal post-surgical effect that could resolve in 30 days. He initiated facial stimulation therapy for six weeks, yet no improvement occurred. Despite reporting severe pain alongside the numbness, I was only prescribed Tylenol and advised to "be patient." When symptoms worsened—including hypersensitivity to touch, wind, temperature, and even facial expressions—Dr. López continued to dismiss my concerns, attributing the delayed healing to my age (42 at the time) or suggesting TMJ, which I had never experienced before. A TMJ specialist later confirmed trauma-induced TMJ but stated it did not account for the full extent of my symptoms. Seeking clarity, I turned to my primary care physician, who—unlike Dr. L

If you have a horrible horrible thing like cancer on your tongue, Dr. Lopez is capable of removing it. Good luck with your follow up. I was told to come in at 9:30 (the most horrible pain imaginable) waited in agony for an hour, only to be told he was in surgery for at least another hour! I ended up in the emergency room, thank God there's one close to his office!

Not sure what everyone is so negative. Dr. Lopez is capable of working with your insurance. They will quote you a price In The beginning of your initial visit, and also charge you for a new patient fee. Seems the negativity here was because patients don’t communicate with their insurance companies before having procedures done. So far I’ve had wisdom, teeth removed, and adult teeth removed from him, and I am on my way to implants with him. The office staff is a bit confusing, I seem to be calling his plantation office to get a hold of any problems before I go to the Coral Springs office . My insurance covers Dr. Lopez. And well, I am completely satisfied with his performance as an oral surgeon.
